The accommodation is on the ground floor from the rear with a short flight of steps leading down to its private back entrance. From the front of the building 2A is on the first floor with an elevated view which takes full advantage of the stunning sea views. (The Redcliffe Apartments are built on a split level.)
This apartment sleeps 4 with a comfortable bed settee in the lounge. The accommodation has had a complete refurbishment during 2010 with a new open plan kitchen leading off the spacious lounge. Included in the kitchen is an electric double oven, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, microwave and a fridge with small freezer section. There are matching amtico floor tiles in the kitchen, hall and bathroom. All other floor areas are newly carpeted. The colour scheme throughout is in harmony with its surrounding giving a relaxed and comfortable feel.
