Apartment of 120 square meters and of new construction in one of the best urbanizations of Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the village and a few meters from the beach of Los Lances, it has gardens and community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is a 15-minute walk away. In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.
