"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. There are three ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and two twins, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front decking with hot tub, as well as off-road parking for two cars and additional on-site parking. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Valley Lodge 33 is a fabulous base for a family escape to Cornwall. Note: There is an on-site tennis court available for guests to use."

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
