"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV, and two twins, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, off-road parking for one car, and additional on-site parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and a pub on-site. Wren's Nest is a wonderful abode for a family break to Cornwall. Note: The washing machine is located in the hallway, near the bathroom. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a bar and restaurant, and a tennis court. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
