"Dunridge Cottage is a traditional stone-built cottage which consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee machine, there is also a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, as well as a conservatory. The bedrooms are made up of a king-size and a twin, and share a family shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but no smoking allowed. The nearest shop and pub are 0.6 miles away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Dunridge Cottage is a quaint cottage placed excellently for exploring the many things to see and do in Devon. Note: There is a small step into the shower room, please take care. Note: Laundry service is available via the owner for a small charge"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
