"Honipine House is a reverse-level holiday home that consists of an open-plan living space with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with electric fire, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, sofa bed, and furnished balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. You'll find a shop in 2 miles and pub in 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in rent. Outside, there is a front garden with patio, furniture, shared lawn and designated, off-road parking for one car nearby. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Honipine House is the perfect base for a family break in Cornwall. Note: Access to the onsite swimming pool and leisure centre are included in the rent. Note: Minimum age of children must be three years old."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
