"23 Valley Lodge, a reverse-level retreat, consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area seating six, and a sitting area with Smart TV and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, ground-floor double, and ground-floor twin. There is a ground-floor bathroom with bath and shower over. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a balcony with furniture and barbecue, a front garden with decking and hot tub, plus designated parking for one car and additional off-road parking available in a car park nearby. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.3 miles, river 0.8 miles. Stay at 23 Valley Lodge for your next picture-perfect holiday. Note: On-site shop and bar. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
