"Boo's Bungalow, a single-storey property, consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dining seating for six people, electric fire, Smart TV, and DVD Player. The bedroom consist of a double with TV and two twins, serviced by a wet room and bathroom. Outside, there is non-enclosed decking with furniture and an on-site free car park. Travel cot available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles and pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Boo's Bungalow is a lovely base for a Cornwall escape. Note: On-site summer pools, sauna, restaurant/bar shop, play area, tennis court, gym, and games room. Note: On-site facilities closed on 25th December and 1st January. Note: Step up to the property, please take care. Note: No hen/stag parties. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
