Casa El Patio is a very cozy house with a modern decoration while respecting the original details of the old house, especially comfortable and well used are the spaces. This house is located in the town of Teseguite, towards the interior of the island and has two wonderful apartments each for private use during your stay but also have outdoor areas for common use with a well-furnished patio-terrace, small gym, bbq area, laundry area and a salt water pool with impressive views of the interior of the island. Each apartment, in this case we are talking about our Blue Apartment, has a well-equipped kitchen including an oven, dining-living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. This house located in the Teseguite field is located a short distance from the center of Villa de Teguise, the best historical-artistic architectural complex in the Canary Islands and a few minutes from the north of the island where you will see that the trails have no end. This house is an ideal starting point to get to know the island of Lanzarote thanks to its location. WELCOME: We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. For the little ones, we can, for an additional fee organise a BABY PACK (cot, high chair, linen, blanket, towel, shower kit as well as portable bath and dishes apt for children). Request this before your arrival. The check in time is from 3:00 PM. The check out of the house is by 12:00 PM. If you want arrive before or leave later, no problem, tell us to check availability. CLEANING: The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturizer dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge. If you want extra cleaning service during the stay please just ask us for more information. CAR RENTAL: I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included.
