"Barnsley House is a grand Grade II listed Georgian house resting at the centre of Teignmouth, Devon. Hosting five bedrooms, two boasting en-suites and one with a Jack-and-Jill shower room, and a ground-floor family room, this property can sleep a total of 13 guests. There is an additional shower room located on the ground-floor. The interior is complete with an impressive kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with a terrace and lawned area featuring a solar panelled heated outdoor swimming pool available from Mid May to September. "Enter the wide entrance hall through double doors to the ground floor where there is a large kitchen-dining room and a spacious main lounge; both of these rooms are south facing with access to the garden. There is also a ground floor bedroom with a double bed, a separate downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. As you ascend the wide sweeping staircase look up to view a uniquely beautiful roof lantern. On the first floor there are 4 main bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and a large family bathroom. The first bedroom has a super king bed and a single bed, this room enjoys stunning views of the sea and Devon coastline. The second bedroom is the large sunny master bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom, including a freestanding bath and double shower, a double vanity basin and toilet. This room has a small sofa area and enjoys stunning sea and Teign estuary views. The third bedroom has a king sized bed with double aspect windows over looking trees at the front and side of the house with its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a family bedroom with a queen double bed and bunk beds, with access to the family bathroom. There is a large landing space to access these first floor bedrooms and bathroom. Head to the heart of the home and enjoy home cooked meals in our beautifully appointed kitchen-dining room. Sitting around the main kitchen island with its ceramic hob, enjoying time together whilst cooking, chatting and discussing plans for your holiday. The spacious outdoor patio and seating area is perfect for summertime alfresco lunch. Please mind the few small steps from the kitchen to outside. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
