Details of the Cottage
"The Coach House is a ground-floor apartment consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV and electric stove-effect fire. There is one double bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is shared use of the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, crazy golf and tennis court, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Coach House is a lovely escape in Pembrokeshire. Note: The indoor heated swimming pool is available to book in 1hr slots and must be booked 24hrs in advance. Note: Additional parking available in main car-park. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: There are six Podpoint EV charging points on site for guests to access in the main car park area, which are ""pay as you go""."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
