"This first-floor, adult-only hay loft has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine, and for entertainment there is a HD TV with built-in FreeSat and a Netflix subscription free of charge, and WiFi. Outside, there is a shared garden with patio, barbecue, and furniture, and off-road parking for one car with pay-as-you-go EV charging available in the car park. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: The indoor heated swimming pool is available to book in advance and the sauna requires coins for use. Note: Immersion heater that offers enough hot water for two hot baths with each cycle of 30-60 mins heat. The Hayloft is a romantic retreat, perfect for a trip to Wales. Please note: this property allows a maximum stay of 2 weeks"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
