"Single-storey. One king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and one twin bedroom with TV and DVD player. Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail, and a WC. Open-concept living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with electric woodburning stove. There is central heating and an electric woodburning stove. The kitchen hosts a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. For entertainment, there are two Smart TVs, one with Sky and WiFi. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Decking and furniture in the garden. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 1 mile to the nearest shop, 0.1 mile to the nearest pub. Langsdale Lodge is a wonderful dwelling for an escape to Lancashire. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
