"The living areas in this property consists of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV with DVD player. There's also a king-size bedroom with balcony, a bathroom, and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front courtyard with furniture and barbecue, and a private driveway for one car. One well-behaved small dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop, pub and River Avon in 0.1 miles, and River Severn in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Coach House is a wonderful base, perfect for exploring Gloucestershire with your loved one. Note: The courtyard is not enclosed. Note: The property is accessed from the side, down an alley. Note: There is a spiral staircase, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please be aware. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
