"The Cosy Caravan, a single-storey lodge, consists of a kitchen/diner with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker, and dining table, and a sitting area with Smart TV, sofa bed, games, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and picnic bench, plus off-road parking available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A taste of countryside living at The Cosy Caravan. Note: Travel cot available on request at an extra cost of 5GBP; bedding included in this. Note: Sofa bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements only. Note: Charge of 15GBP per dog. Note: When outside, dogs must be supervised at all times due to free-range chickens roaming around the farm."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
