"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with range cooker with oven, seven-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room for ten, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV with Freeview and a games room with TV, snooker table and dartboard. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, a king-size with TV, a double and a twin all serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a side lawn and a rear patio with furniture, barbecue and hot tub. Within 5.6 miles there is a shop and 1.6 miles a pub. Highchair and travel cot available to hire. Two pets are welcome however there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Explore the Lake District from The Dower House. Note: There are steps up to the side garden, please take care. Note: There is a step down into the kitchen, please take care. Note: There are two steps up to the hot tub. Note: Pets are to be kept downstairs. Please note: this property can only accept Monday and Friday changeover days."
