"Laurel Lodge consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and living area with a TV, DVD player, electric fire, oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin. These are serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed side decking area with furniture plus off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking or pets at this property. Guests can find a shop and a beach within 0.6 miles and a pub within 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a lovely stay at Laurel Lodge. Note: This property allows arrivals and departures on Friday, Saturday and Monday only, no Sunday arrivals. Note: This property has a 4-night minimum stay.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
