Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs with Freeview and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Outside there is an enclosed decked area with furniture and hot tub, off-road parking for one & additional parking near reception. No smoking and no pets. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles, and beach in 0.2 miles. Steps to the exterior, please take care. No stag, hen, or similar parties. This property can only accept check ins on a Monday, Friday or Saturday, any other check in day is by request only. This property cannot accept Sunday check ins. This property has a 4 night min stay and there is a compulsory -ú25 supplement for use of the hot tub, if you don't wish to use the hot tub during your stay, please contact us"
