"Delmonte Lodge consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar for two people, along with a living/diner with TV, woodburning stove, and dining seating for eight people. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and three doubles, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with terrace, lawn space, patio, furniture, hot tub, swimming pool, plus off-road parking for one car and additional parking in nearby car park (weekly tickets available). Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Delmonte Lodge is a lovely base for a seaside getaway in Devon. Note: The outdoor swimming pool is available from 1st April to the end of September. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove not provided."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
