We offer to rent a nice apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor of the building with no lift and within walking distance of the popular beach of Los Locos. The apartment is spread out over 53 m2 and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a large private balcony. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. There is an air conditioning in the living room. On the balcony there is summer furniture and barbecue. Spanish television is available and internet. The popular Los Locos beach is less than 300 meters away. On the seafront there are many traditional tapas bars and restaurants.There are many local amenities all in walking distance including bars eateries, supermarkets, banks shops and much more. It can accommodate up to five people. No pets are permitted and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
