Torrevieja is a seaside city and municipality located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, on the southeastern Mediterranean coast of Spain. Torrevieja was originally a salt-mining and fishing village as it is located between the sea and two large salt lakes (Las Salinas), which give Torrevieja healthy micro-climate. . Not necessary to use car for amenities, services, beaches, etc. Habaneras shopping centre is few minutes drive from the apartment. Also on Friday Torrevieja organise market where you can buy unique gift from your holiday. If you want to relax in a very quiet area you can rent a boat and relax or snorkelling fare from the beach.
