The apartment is spread out over 50 m2 and consist of a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony. It is full equipped with furniture (including summer furniture for the balcony), appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. The living room benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. Spanish television and WIFI is available. There is an underground parking space also to use in this rental property. The apartment is very well located and within walking distance to many local amenities, traditional tapas bars, eateries, supermarkets and much more. The property sleeps up to 4 people and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There is an option to rent a cot and highchair for the stays duration being 20 euros. The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
