We offer for rent a spacious and bright three-bedroom apartment in the new modern complex "Residencial Alegría VII" with sauna and swimming pool within walking distance of the beach. The 106 m2 apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American-style kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, modern appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioner. Spanish television. The building has a Finnish sauna and a heated pool. Del Cura beach is less than 90 meters away. It is very well located, Consum supermarket 300 meters, Masymas 400, bars and restaurants 100 meters. The closest bank is 250 meters away. On the upper street there is a 24-hour pharmacy. Accommodation option for up to 8 people (no animals!). No smoking! The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros.
