It has a very well equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The air condition is available in the whole apartment (split type). Two balconies offer a pleasant view of the park (with a playground for kids) or the swimming pool. Moreover, a panoramic view of the area and the sea is visible from the private terrace solarium. The peaceful and handy location of the complex provides not only relaxing time but also close distance to shopping facilities. Only 2 minutes from large supermarket, shopping centre (Punta Marina), bars and restaurants; 10 minutes walk from the sea and sandy beach. There is also sports centre and spa in walking distance. The community area of the complex provides residents private pool, sauna and a parking space at your disposal. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who wish to relax themselves (blue flag beaches, mud baths , long walks by the Mediterranean sea). Families with children can spend their spare time in a nearby playground, swimming pool for kids, water park). It is also perfect for those who are looking for active holidays (diving, horse riding, go-karts). Distance to the airport is very handy for Alicante and Murcia airport. Car hire is not needed though as the property is near to all amenities. Airport transfers are easily available if you are not hiring a car. Airport pickups can be arranged with the key holder. (€50/4people).
