For rent apartment with frontal view of the sea located in the beach area of La Mata. It is 47 m2 and consists of a salon, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The complex has a communal swimming pool with adult and children's section and a lovely green area. It is equipped with air conditioner in the living room, furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. On the balcony there is a grill for BBQing. Spanish and Russian TV is also available. Within walking distance there is supermarket, bars, restaurants, local bus stop and much more local amenities. The sea is 150 meters away. The property sleeps up to three people. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony! There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English). The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
