Two bedroom apartment for rent in La Mata close to a popular beaches in Torrevieja. The apartment is set out over 61 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French style kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony and a large private patio area. It is complete with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Spanish and satellite is available. The beach is about three hundred meters from the property. Shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. It sleeps up to three people (option - two adults and two children). Pets are not allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English). The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
