This renovated semi-dettached villa is located in the beautiful bay of Cala Salions, at only 100m from the beach! Its location is exceptional, almost on top of the sea. The beach is a 3 min walk, via a stairway/path that goes from the street directly to the beach. The house has three floors. On the ground floor you’ll find the modern fully equipped open kitchen with dining area and sliding doors to the garden/terrace. Exterior dining furniture and amazing sea views! BBQ. On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor there’s a large open space with a salon corner with sofa, TV and chimnee. One double bedroom with balcony and amazing sea views. One bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom with shower. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with each 2 single beds. Third bedroom with 5 single beds, ideal for kids. Third bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Free wifi. Air conditioning in all rooms. The center of Tossa de Mar is located at 8km from the villa. Tossa de Mar is a very nice small and quiet beach resort that attracts mainly families. Many watersport activities available and numerous quality restaurants from Tapas to fresh fish. *Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.
