Restaurants and shops all at walking distance. On the ground floor there is the entrance and the living room with sitting area. Kitchen. Washing machine. On the first floor you'll find the large master bedroom and a complete bathroom with bath tub. Second bedroom with fold-out bed (2 single beds). From this bedroom there's a staircase that reaches the second floor, where you'll find the third bedroom with 2 single beds. Private parking space included in a fenced open air parking at 900m from the house. Tossa de Mar is a very nice small and quiet beach resort that attracts mainly families. Many watersport activities available and numerous quality restaurants from tapas to fresh fish. *Unfortunately no groups of youngsters are allowed in this villa. Minimum age is 28.
