Places to eat and drink are just two minute drive away, and Supermarkets and larger shops less that 10 minute drive away. Note: The Hot tub is an additional charge of -ú200.00 for all breaks Note: The hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night, as they need to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests. Note: This house does not accept stag, hen, or similar parties"

Kitchen with Electric hob, oven & grill, microwave, integrated fridge and freezer. Sitting room sofas and a wood burning stove, flatscreen Tv, DVD/Bluray player, dining table to seat ten, doors lead to conservatory. Enclosed lawned rear garden with decking and a hot tub (additional extra), lawned garden at the front with parking for 2 - 3 cars. Lockable storage shed for kayaks, bikes and inflatables."
