"This cottage has three bedrooms: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with a truckle along with a bathroom with a slipper bath and a ground-floor shower room. ThereÔÇÖs also a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, and a sitting room with a sofa bed and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs, WiFi, a selection of books and games, and a record player. A highchair, stairgate and two travel cots are also available. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to two cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue, pizza oven and ice bucket. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and three well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is non-smoking property. Trewenna is a lovely cottage in a convenient location."
