Villa Talya is a modern, spacious holiday property, located in the popular UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Trogir is an old Venetian styled town, ideal for strolling around, enjoying the beautiful streets and local restaurants, bars and shops. Situated just a short walking distance from the sea this villa is perfect for large families wanting to relax and enjoy a stress-free holiday away. Villa Talya was fully renovated in 2016 and the contemporary, stylish interiors reflect the well thought out design choices. With seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, there is plenty of space for a large family or two families travelling together to spend time together, whilst also spreading out and not getting on each other's toes! The ground floor boasts a bright and airy, open-plan, living/dining room. The space is perfect for socialising, with large glass doors opening onto the terrace, the indoor and outdoor spaces join together to create one fabulous entertaining space. The kitchen is modern and offers everything you need to whip up some family feasts or some picnic food to take down to the nearby beach. On the upper floor of the villa, a terrace positions itself perfectly to catch the sunlight, with deck chairs and space to sit and relax, this is ideal for enjoying a glass or two of wine, or a morning coffee. As you step outside, the property continues to impress, with a private swimming pool, from which you can catch glimpses out towards the sea. There is a large outdoor dining table, perfect for long summer breakfasts outside. With ample outdoor excursions on offer in the area, you can spend your holiday scuba diving, catching glimpses of dolphins, turtles and rainbow fish and more. You can enjoy the slightly racier pace of life and make the most of the abundance of restaurants, bars and clubs. The surrounding villages, accessible by bus have impressively managed to maintain some of their original structures. Follow the original stone walls around the village and discover buildings such as The Church of St. Tudor, which was erected during the Middle Ages and supposedly housed the first Trogirian hermit. The Adriatic Sea is known as having so beautiful waters and fascinating sea life, which is why the likes of Trogir Diving School have been operating for more than 30 years and specialise in teaching budding scuba divers. If you prefer keeping dry whilst you observe your wildlife, then several businesses offer boat trips throughout the day and there's a strong possibility of seeing turtles, dolphins and various kinds of rainbow-like fish.
