Also, baby cot is available on request. The ground floor of the villa features large open-plan area that includes fully equipped kitchen, wine corner, indoor dining area and cozy living room. The special feature of the living area are the two large sliding glass wall that open to the pool and to the alfresco dining terrace. The 18 meters long swimming pool is partially roofed, it has shallow part for children and it comes with the heating option included. Outdoor dining terrace features summer kitchen with wood-burning grill and the electric grill. On the ground floor you can unwind on several sunbathing terraces. There is a part covered with pebbles and the sunken lounge, perfect for enjoying champagne and toasting to the life! In aditon, the ground floor features 2 toilets.  Internal stairs lead to the upper floor. Furthermore, there is external spiral staircase that leads to roof-top terrace. It also offers the access to the bedrooms on the first floor. The big roof-top terrace with a lounge offers great spot for sunbathing and enjoying views of the sea and the old town of Trogir. Each bedrooms has a flat tv, and there is large 65“ Smart TV in the living room. Cable television, satellite channels and Netflix app are available.
