"Quality Assessment completed November 2024 - Grading Retained. 2 bedrooms: 1 x king size with shower room, 1 x double room, family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Sitting room. Dining area. Kitchen. Electric heating. Wood burning stove (logs aren't provided). Electric oven with electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV in living room. TV in Master Bedroom (not Smart TV). WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One dog welcome. Private parking for one vehicle with 1 additional space for visitors to Birkhead Cottages (on a first come first served basis). Garden area with patio furniture, the garden is detached from the property and located adjacent to Boxwood parking space just a few steps along village road. Please note: If you have any mobility issues the property does have stairs, 2 showers one is a walk-in shower, and the other is a shower over bath. Sorry, no smoking."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
