"Mon has one double with Smart TV with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and two twins with Smart TV serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and gas 5-ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs off-road parking for 2 cars and a wraparound decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.6 miles, Lake Windermere 0.1 miles. Come and enjoy the beauties of the Lake District with a stay at Mon. Note: There are steps up to the entrance. Please note the property only accepts 7 day bookings during July and August. Please Note: This property can only accommodate a minimum of 3 nights for the rest of the year."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
