"SwallowsÔÇÖ Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a TV, mini Bluetooth speaker, dining seating for two, and an Everhot range cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. The bedroom is super-king-size with an en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with gravel, lawn, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for 1 car. Superfast WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Travel cot available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a surcharge of -ú20 per dog per holiday. Sorry, no smoking, Guests can find a shop in 2 miles, and a pub/restaurant in 2.7 miles. SwallowsÔÇÖ Cottage is your tranquil base to explore the Cornish countryside with your loved one. Note: Babes in arms accepted. Please Note - The pedestrian access path from the cottage parking place to the front door is uneven and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
