"The Studio is a single-storey property featuring a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, basin, and WC. It includes a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, and washing machine. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, a TV, and a selection of books. Electric central heating is provided. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the stove are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for one car. Outside, you'll find a non-enclosed garden with decking, a lawn, table and chairs, a picnic bench, and an apple tree. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking. The nearest shop is 2.8 miles away, the pub is 2 miles, and the beach is just 0.1 mile away. Have a romantic getaway at The Studio. Please note: there are steps leading up to the property, and the garden is not enclosed, so pets must be supervised. Guests are welcome to pick apples when in season."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
