Overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley, this friendly holiday home is situated in a hilly position. On the ground floor you will find the bright, friendly living room with kitchenette, fireplace and access to the covered terrace; on the 1st floor (outside staircase with small loggia) there is another living room with sofa bed and two bedrooms and bathroom. In front of the house there is the spacious property with garden house - all in a quiet hillside, an ideal place to relax. Within an hour's drive you can reach several interesting Umbrian and Tuscan towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all about 40-50km) and Lake Trasimeno (30km) with its sandy beaches and small islands. To Umbertide with shops of all kinds, trattorias, weekly market is 7km, the lovely hill town of Montone 8km. Città di Castello 20km. Short unpaved access road.
