The apartment in Madrid has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 14 people. The apartment is cozy, is spacious, and has 220 m². The house is situated in an animated neighborhood in the center of the city. The accommodation is equipped with the following things: iron, internet (wifi), balcony, single boiler on gas, air conditioning, 1 tv. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. Parties or events are not allowed at the apartment. We kindly ask the guest to collaborate with the rest of the neighbours and let them rest by reducing sounds at minimum from 10:00PM. Accomodation rules must be followed, they are available at the apartment. Arrival after 21:00h will incur an extra charge of 40€.
