Villa Isa Joe is a charming 3-bedroom villa with an excellent location in the Vilas Alvas estate, just a short drive from the beautiful golden, sandy beaches of Ancão, Garrão, Quinta do Lago or Julia’s. Perfect for couples or families looking to stay in a quiet area near all amenities, the property is also a short drive from both Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. This beautiful 3-bedroom villa, sleeping up to 6+1 guests, provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) and sunny balconies on the first floor, and 2 twin bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with an en-suite bathroom), as well as an additional bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, hob, oven, dishes & utensils, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and the spacious living / dining room with a TV, DVD player and stereo sound system allows for comfortable lounging. Outside the property is completely walled and fenced, with an automatic gate leading to the parking facilities for several cars and direct entrance to the villa. With a private swimming pool (pool heating an optional extra) at the front of the property, a beautiful well-kept garden and an impressive traditional Algarvean barbecue ideal for al-fresco meals, villa Isa Joe has the ideal outdoor area for enjoying the warm Algarve sun with family and friends. Villa Isa Joe is ideal for couples and families and is just a few minutes’ drive to a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the area and the beautiful beaches of Praia do Ancão and Garrão just to name a few. Car hire is recommended/necessary, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. \*\* Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Groups not allowed. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.\*\*\*
