Fully equipped for our pragmatic travelers looking for comfort. 2 double rooms, WiFi, Air Conditioning hot / cold. 10 minutes walk from the City of Arts, and only 10 minutes from the Beach and the Historic Center. The apartment of 75 m2 located on a 2nd floor without elevator has the following spaces: - Master bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm. - The second bedroom is provided with a trundle bed for two people of 90x190cm. - Modern bathroom equipped with practical shower. - Living-dining room with a small balcony, comfortable sofa and HD-TV. - Fully equipped bright kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator / freezer, nespresso coffee maker, blender, tea kettle... The apartment comes with bedlinen, towels and welcome amenities. Guest Access: - Free WiFi. - Air Conditioning hot / cold. - Check in after 21:00h to a surcharge of 30 EUR. - Check Out before 9:00h carries a surcharge of 30 EUR. It limits the north with Avenida del Puerto; east, with Calle Ibiza; south, with Avenida Baleares; and west, with Calle Lebón. The neighborhood combines residential buildings with small gardens. There is a good communication of buses and it is possible to approach the metro stations closest to the neighborhood (Ayora and Marítim-Serrería).
