Situated in Russafa, a trendy neighborhood in Valencia, the 'atico' or loft has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a loft with a single bed, and a sofa bed. The open-plan living room connects with the kitchen. The flat has access to a communal roof terrace. It is bright and airy with a roof fan in the central bedroom and air conditioning and Wifi. Immediately outside the flat are numerous restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and the local Russafa market. The neighborhood has an adjacent park and is within walking distance of central Valencia and metro and rail connections. The flat provides a fantastic base to explore Valencia, a wonderful city mixing the historic and the modern with an adjacent city beach. It is very easy to walk to all of the main sites and there is an excellent metro and bus system. There are lots of places to hire bikes to cycle along the city's cycle paths connecting to 'el rio' a park based in the old riverbed. Here you can explore the city of sciences, biopark and aquariam and even cycle to the Marina and beach (Malvarossa). Please note the flat is on the top (5th floor) and there is no lift. As it is the residence of the owner it is only available for short stays, certain weeks in the year.
