"Bryn Derwen consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, woodburning stove and a Freeview TV with Smart access. The bedrooms include a double with an en-suite, a ground-floor double, a twin and a single room plus a separate ground-floor bathroom. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden (but not dog proof) with a lawn and a balcony with furniture along with off-road parking for up to three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking at this property. You will find a shop within 0.7 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles, and a beach in 3.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bryn Derwen is a lovely base for an escape to the Welsh countryside. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am."
