Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
Rates include:
- Basic utility allowance (basic cable, internet, local calls, heat, gas, electricity)
- All furnishings, linens, equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry (in most suites)
- Access to amenities (some restrictions apply for weekly rentals)
Rates do not include:
- 12% HST tax applicable to all rentals under 30 days and services
- Check out cleaning fee ($95 for 1 bedroom, $110 for two bedroom and $125 for 3 bedroom)
- Parking at $10/ day, $60/week, or $120/ month
- Pet fee
- Extra occupant fee of $15/ night (children under 16 stay free) nor cot rentals ($60/week or $80/month)
- Housekeeping service (available for an extra charge)

Booking Cancellation:
-Cancellation 30 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
-Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Booking Deposit:
-Security deposit of $500 is required via Credit Card.
Payment Balance:
-The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
-Amex, Master Card, Visa, Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival)
