With all modern comforts you would expect when renting a quality holiday home, we offer - projector home cinema TV with huge motorised screen, UK TV, a Wii console with excellent interactive family games to enjoy, (great on the big screen!) iPod docking station, internet access plus master beds with luxury mattress toppers for maximum comfort.
We specifically cater for families with children - We have an extensive library of books, lots of children's board games and toys from dressing up clothes to train sets, building blocks, dolls house, baby cot with dolls & a huge library of children's films (over 100!)
For families travelling with young babies, we also supply within the price - a steriliser, bottle warmer, food blender, a travel cot, (& 100% cotton bed linen), black-out blinds in the children's bedrooms, changing mat, baby bath, high chair, push chair & children's crockery & cutlery.

Le Mimosa is only a 2 minute stroll from the centre of Angles, which has a large street market on both Wednesday and Sunday mornings - an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine.
In the summer months Angles organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays and night markets. You can sit with the locals and enjoy 'moules & frites' listening to a band watching the kids dance to their hearts content.
Located so close to the village, you can either take a leisurely walk down in the morning to pick up your fresh baguette and croissants, or stroll down in the evenings to a choice of great restaurants. The village has its own Office de Tourisme, as well as a post office, banks, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a pharmacy, five cafés/bars & restaurants. There are also two supermarkets, butchers, a fishmonger & a fruit & veg store.
Prices depend on season, and may be subject to change and are based on up to 13 guests sharing the property at any one time.
50% of the total booking fee plus a security deposit of £500 per booking is taken at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 16 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 16 weeks of the arrival date the full balance is due at the time of booking. Payments are made directly to the owner.
Pool heating is included within the price in July and August, all other seasons a charge of £100 per week is chargeable and must be paid prior to arrival.
A standard end of stay cleaning charge is due of £59.00 prior to arrival.
