A duplex apartment overlooking the 4th fairway of the prestigious and magnificent golf course - Valle del Este. The property comprises one twin-bedded room and one master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and a cloakroom, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with laundry room and a large living/dining room which leads out onto a large balcony overlooking the gardens and swimming pool and rooms are fully air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have lovely views of the gardens, landscaped with tropical plants and views of the golf course. The property has been tastefully furnished and there is an outside dining area, and a large sun lounging area on the solarium 35 sq. meters, with views to the course, mountains and coast. The resort’s hotel, just five minutes stroll away, has a terrace bar with magnificent views, a superb restaurant and bar, spa and fitness Center, sports center with paddle courts and croquet lawn and a shuttle bus down to the town 9km away. There is also a commercial center beside the hotel with a beautiful cocktail bar and three restaurants - a Thai restaurant a Spanish restaurant and an English restaurant and bar all serving superb food. There is also a small supermarket which opens daily serving fresh bread and essential supplies. Close by is Vera, a delightful old Spanish town, with lots of history, beautiful churches, theatre and square and a restored bullring. Vera is a traditional Spanish town reveling in growth and prosperity, with a theatre, swimming pool, many stores, banks and hotels and restaurants and hotels, well known cuisine, this town is becoming increasingly attractive. A market is held every Saturday. Not far away is the fishing port of Garrucha, with its beautiful promenade restored in marble, a private and commercial harbour and many fish restaurants and bars situated along the promenade recently restored in white marble. Founded in the 15th century by a group of fisherman, Garrucha is a picturesque seaport which is located between the beaches of historic Mojacar and Vera. Today, this fishing port is the second most important in the province. The focal point of the town is the attractive working harbour where the day’s catch is auctioned each afternoon at the quayside fish market. Mojacar/Vera Playa offers 6 miles of uncluttered beaches with warm and brilliantly clear waters, flanked by beach bars, restaurants and promenades and 2.5 hours drive from Granada with the Alhambra Palace, skiing in the winter and sunshine in the summer.
