The living room also benefits from a large amount of natural light coming not only from large sliding doors that access the pool area but from the large windows by the high ceiling. The fireplace provides warmth to the room where the comfortable sofas in front of the flat screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi will keep the family entertained. In one corner of this room there’s also a card games table for up to 4 persons. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The beautiful garden which overlooks the golf course, surrounds the entire property and some large trees provide a cooling shade on hot days. The swimming pool is located where it gets sunshine all day long and it measures about 10-meter-long by 4-meter-wide and is 80 cm deep by the stairs to 2 meters in the deep end. A beautiful pergola and awnings provide shade on the comfortable outdoor furniture, positioned just next to the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers to lay around the pool and also a charcoal BBQ.
