Apartment Portland Apartment Portland is a spacious and modern apartment (sleeping 4 + 3) located on the fourth floor of an apartment complex with lift access, situated in the well-known resort of Vilamoura, famous for its many golf courses and stunning marina. Perfect for couples or a few friends, the property is an ideal base for a holiday in the Algarve. This 2-bedroom apartment has an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and many other appliances that you may require during the course of your stay. The master bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is twin bedded and has a second en-suite shower room and there is also a guest washroom off of the comfortable living / dining room. The doors from the bedroom and living room lead onto a large wrap around balcony holding a seating area for relaxing with a drink or a good book and a table and chairs is ideally placed for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the stunning views and sunsets. The complex itself has a large communal swimming pool, surrounded by extensive lawns. Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Villamoura is famous for its golf courses and marina and is a very central location. Everything you may need is within close range. Two quality large supermarkets, bars and restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive and it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy and explore the Algarve. The nearest beach is located only 2.5km from the apartment. The acclaimed Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course, one of Vilamoura´s renowned 5 courses of Dom Pedro's Golf collection that are a mandatory stop for golfers in the Algarve, is close by. All of the 5 golf courses, and a few more, are within a short drive of the Villa. The Aquashow Water Park, one of the biggest in the region, is also within a 10 minute drive. Car Hire is not a necessity, however if you would like to hire a car to explore more of the Algarve, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 • Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 4 people. • The 5th to the 7th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/sofa bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). \*\*\*Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.\*\*\*
