On the first floor of this new complex, is has a very spacious living room with satellite television and plenty of comfortable seating. Also the Campo de Golf Villamartin is next door so a round of golf is easy. The nearest beach, La Zenia beach is only a 5 minute drive away, or take the local bus for a euro. Torrevieja is 15 km away making for a nice day out. There are many sites to see and other points of interest in the area as well.
