This fantastic apartment is located on the Villamartin Plaza which offers more than you can imagine. The plaza is home to several top class restaurants as well as many other eateries suiting all taste, bars for whatever you may fancy, from Irish bars to sports bars, banks, doctors and a supermarket. There is a bus service and taxi rank as well so no need to hire a car with public transport at hand. If you visit during the summer months there is fantastic entertainment in the central plaza in the evening free to all, from local artist to named artist in Spain. Basically the Villamartin Plaza is the place to be on holiday. Follow it on facebook, Official Villamartin Plaza. For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees to contact The Golf Factory in Campoamor. Everyone comes to Spain for the Beaches and the Orihuela Costa has some of the finest “Blue Flag Beaches” Spain has to offer. There are the local tourist known beaches such as La Zenia Beach, Campoamor Beach, Cabo Roig Beach, Playa Flamenca Beach and the promenade beach in Torrevieja. If you ask about you can also find those special little beaches only known by the locals to have a little quiet time on the beach or a romantic day out. For the shopper, you cannot ask for better as our new shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard, being the largest shopping mall in the region is just a few minutes away. Zenia Boulevard has shops in which you can find the latest in fashion, services, design, accessories or decoration at very competitive prices such as those of Primark, Alcampo, Decathlon, Leroy Merlin, Norauto, C&A, H&M, Zara, Zara Home, Lefties, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull and Bear, Springfield, etc. Apart from shops it has a Casino, bowling ally, and a host of fine eateries with all different types of food in the central court. The local area host many things to occupy your time as well as sunbathing and a glass of vino. The local area offers other things to do such as horseback riding, scuba diving, flyboarding, fishing, sight seeing, quad biking or even hire a bike and go for a ride.
