Outside there is a large front terrace with two comfy chairs to relax in and further a very large terraced garden with sitting areas around and the much required BBQ with the large saltwater private pool. The villa is only a 15 minute walk to the Blue Lagoon shops with a few restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!! Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive away or Cartagena 45 minutes, both great days out. Water parks are nearby as well so pretty much anything you need on a holiday is within reach! As with all in the sun holidays properties, a starter pack of coffee, tea, milk, juice and water along with a bottle of Cava to start your holiday are included and there for your arrival.
